• While valid, the layout was sometimes less convenient for travelers and immigration officers to quickly locate or verify details.

• New Format (From September 16, 2025):

• Applicant information is now displayed in a clear, structured table format.

• Each detail such as Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality, Passport Number, and Entry Airport is neatly organized in columns.

• This format makes the approval letter easier to read, more visible, and faster to check at the airport.

Why Does Change Matters?

1. Better Visibility: Travelers can quickly confirm their personal details before their trip.

2. Fewer Mistakes: Immigration officers at arrival points can cross-check information more efficiently.

3. Faster Processing: Shorter waiting times at visa-on-arrival counters.

What Remains the Same?

• The application process for the Vietnam visa approval letter is unchanged.

• Validity, duration of stay, and entry conditions are not affected—only the document format has been updated.
