Is Fast track service available for both departure and arrival?

Yes. Our Fast Track service is available for both arrival and departure, with a service fee only from 39USD for Normal Fast Track, and from 79USD for VIP Fast Track.

Our Arrival Fast Track service includes the following procedures:

• Meet and greet passengers at the Arrival Hall with the Welcome Board.
• Swiftly get passengers’ passports stamped at the VOA Counter (if any).
• Facilitate immigration procedures with priority (Passport Control).
• (VIP) Claim baggage for passengers at the conveyor belt.
• (VIP) Aid through Customs declaration for baggage (if any).
• (VIP) Assist in procedures related to lost baggage issues (if any).
• (VIP) Escort passengers to the exit and transfer areas.
• (VIP) Safely transport their luggage to the designated vehicle.

Our Departure Fast Track service includes the following procedures:

• Meet and greet passengers at the Check-in Counter with the Welcome Board.
• (VIP) Transfer baggage from the vehicle to the check-in counter.
• (VIP) Aid through Customs declaration for baggage (if any)
• (VIP) Assist passengers in checked baggage declaration.
• Facilitate exit procedures with priority (Passport Control).
• (VIP) Assist passengers through the Security Check with expedited processing.
• (VIP)Promptly direct passengers to the boarding area.
